AI Architect - Minimum 6 Months
Job Description:
Our client, a leading organisation in the technology sector, is seeking an experienced AI Architect for a 6-month daily rate contract based in Dublin. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in building AI DevOps solutions and have experience with Microsoft technology stacks.
Job Responsibilities
* Design and implement scalable AI-driven solutions within complex environments.
* Build and optimise DevOps pipelines to support machine learning workflows and AI models.
* Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and platform teams to ensure smooth deployment and operationalisation of AI models.
* Evaluate existing systems and recommend enhancements to incorporate AI and automation technologies.
* Establish architecture standards and best practices aligned with AI development lifecycle.
* Oversee model versioning, testing, monitoring, and rollback strategies.
* Contribute to solution architecture for cloud-native and hybrid environments.
* Ensure compliance with internal security and data governance policies.
Experience Required
* Minimum 8 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years focused on AI or machine learning architecture.
* Proven experience building and deploying AI solutions in enterprise environments.
* Strong DevOps experience, ideally with AI/ML pipeline automation.
* Background in Microsoft technologies such as Azure, .NET, and supporting tools.
Desirable Skills
* Familiarity with MLOps tools such as Azure ML, MLflow, or Kubeflow.
* Experience integrating AI services (e.g., Azure Cognitive Services) into enterprise applications.
* Understanding of containerisation (Docker/Kubernetes) and infrastructure as code (Terraform/ARM templates).
* Exposure to CI/CD practices in an AI context.
Educational Requirements
* Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.
* Relevant certifications in cloud or AI architecture (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate) are advantageous.
