We are delighted to offer a training and work experience opportunity within Apollo Blinds. This role provides hands‑on experience in a dynamic retail and interiors environment, offering excellent exposure to product styling, customer service, and digital content creation. No prior experience is required, and full training—both formal and informal—will be provided.
Training and Development
Company induction
E‑Commerce training: styling, profiling and content preparation
Order processing and stock preparation
ERP: customer and quote management
Styling and merchandising fundamentals
Digital marketing basics and SMM profiles management
Teamwork and collaboration
Communication and customer interaction skills
Stock display and visual presentation
Dealing with the public in a retail environment
Accredited and sector‑recognised training via WPEP QQI Work Experience Module
Work Environment
Vacancy suitable for remote or blended working
Sector: wholesale and retail trade; repair of motor vehicles and motorcycles
Candidate Requirements
Minimum experience required: 0 years
Experience in customer service sector is highly desirable
