HR & Finance Support Role
This is a full-time HR and finance assistant position in a successful organisation within the engineering industry.
* Support with employee lifecycle, training, payroll and finance tasks.
* Liaise with various teams to ensure accurate records and timely reporting.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an HR assistant role, ideally in a fast-paced environment. They should be organised, proactive, able to manage multiple tasks and possess strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage full employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, performance and attendance tracking.
2. Assist with coordination and delivery of training and health and safety initiatives.
3. Support the finance team with payroll functions, expenses and ledger processing.
4. Involvement with compliance, audit preparation and weekly management reporting.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Previous experience in an HR assistant role, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
* Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks.
* Strong communication skills and customer-focused approach.
* CIPD qualification or relevant HR/business-related degree desirable.
