Role
Human Resource Services Analyst – first point of contact for employee and manager queries, providing guidance and coaching on HR policies, programs, and stewarding HR data and processes for a region across 10 countries.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to questions and counsel employees and managers on HR policies, processes, systems, and employee data via email, phone, or case management.
Utilize knowledge bases, call tracking systems, and third‑party resources to educate customers on HR services and encourage use of self‑service tools such as the HR portal.
Solve complex or non‑routine matters within corporate guidelines, escalating only when necessary.
Demonstrate a positive, professional, customer‑oriented image and act as a role model for the team.
Provide status updates, guidance, and recommendations to ensure case resolution and process improvement.
Process HR service requests: organization changes, compensation changes, employment verification, and other data updates.
Perform HR operational tasks such as onboarding, off‑boarding, and related functions.
Maintain high quality standards and adhere to SLAs, documenting case details appropriately.
Keep functional documentation current and available for HR processes.
Skills and Qualifications
College or university degree and/or human‑resources experience.
Experience in a call centre.
Excellent customer service and client‑relationship skills.
Ability to work under pressure and prioritize multiple assignments.
Attention to accuracy and detail.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Team‑player in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
