Electrical Tendering Engineer (High Voltage)
Work on major high voltage infrastructure projects across Europe while developing into a commercial and technical leader.
If you're an Electrical Engineer with HV experience who enjoys the commercial side of engineering, this role gives you the chance to lead tendering activities on complex power and renewable projects while working with an experienced engineering and commercial team.
You’ll be involved at the earliest stage of major infrastructure projects, shaping bids that will go on to become large scale power transmission and renewable developments.

What you’ll be doing
You’ll take ownership of tendering activities within the Power & Renewables division, coordinating technical, commercial and operational inputs to produce compliant and competitive bids.
Typical responsibilities include:
Leading tender preparation for HV projects
Reviewing specifications and identifying all bid deliverables
Coordinating engineering, civil and commercial inputs
Preparing value propositions for clients
Managing client communication during tender and clarification stages
Leading post tender meetings
Managing technical submissions and tender return documentation
Working with estimation teams on commercial proposals
Ensuring compliance with internal procedures and quality standards
What you’ll need
Degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant industry experience
Around 3+ years experience in a related engineering environment
High Voltage project experience
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to coordinate multiple tender submissions
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a wider project team
