Position Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Engineering Manager to lead our talented and fast-paced scrum teams.
As a key member of our engineering leadership, you will play a pivotal role in driving our product development forward, ensuring that we not only meet but exceed our ambitious goals.

A minimum of 7 years of experience in the software industry, with a proven track record of technical leadership and team management Strong experience with agile development methodologies and a deep understanding of how to drive organizational change using OKR-based measures Proficiency in .NET, Azure, and microservices architecture is highly preferred Familiarity with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and experience in a SAFe environment is desirable Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire teams A strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field While requirements are important, they should not put you off.
