Office Support Professional

About the Role:
* Accurately processing and entering customer invoices into the system.
* Allocating payments received and reconciling with payment details provided by the customer.
* Investigating and resolving customer payment discrepancies.
* Supporting month-end reporting and budget preparation.
* Matching invoices with purchase orders and delivery dockets for accurate financial records.
* Preparing and posting payments for approval in a timely manner.
* Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies.
* Liaising with the sales and finance teams as needed to ensure seamless communication.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar role (minimum 2 years)
* Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
* Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
* Proficient IT user with knowledge of financial software systems.
* Ability to communicate effectively within the team and across other departments.
