About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Duty Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all guests receive a genuine warm welcome and have a positive memorable experience during their time with us.
Main Responsibilities:
* Ensure the smooth running of service in all Food & Beverage outlets;
* Lead a team of Food & Beverage Assistants;
* Complete relevant training with new and existing team members;
* Ensure strong morale among the team at all times;
* Work and communicate effectively with all department heads and colleagues throughout the hotel to engender a collaborative and positive working environment;
* Manage customer feedback to ensure matters are dealt with in an efficient and courteous manner and reported to Senior Management to ensure continuous improvements;
* Maximise sales through upselling and excellent customer service;
Requirements
We require someone who is fluent in English and confident to converse freely with guests. They must also have excellent organisational skills and the ability to oversee and delegate work to others.
