We are seeking a proactive and detail-orientedHR Specialistto support the full employee lifecycle in a fast-paced environment. This role involves a broad range of responsibilities including recruitment support, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compliance, employee engagement, and HR administration. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the Operations team to help achieve client SLAs, KPIs, and drive continuous organisational improvement.Key Responsibilities:Manage and support the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, engagement, performance management, training, benefits, and offboarding.Support employee relations including disciplinary processes, investigations, and responding to employee queries.Ensure compliance with legal, audit, and data protection standards.Maintain accurate HR documentation and records, including contracts, letters, and HR databases.Coordinate and monitor mandatory and ad hoc training activities.Attend and minute meetings; track and follow up on action items.Respond to HR queries and provide first-line HR advice in line with company policies.Ensure accurate use and maintenance of HR systems.Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and support HR-led projects.Maintain effective communication and working relationships with operations managers, employees, and other departments.Monitor retention and attrition levels identify trends and work with business stakeholders to ensure achievement of targets and implement retention plans.Requirement for this role:Bachelor's Degree, Diploma in HR or equivalent2+ years' experience in a similar roleWorking knowledge of Irish Employment LawHands on employee relations experienceCIPD qualified or part qualifiedStrong Business acumenPrevious experience in coaching and mentoring stakeholdersPrevious experience in coordinating, managing and implementing projectsExperience in a BPO environment is an advantageProficient in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Excel and WordWorking knowledge of TMS desirableHybrid:WFH & Dublin 4 officesContract: Full-time, permanentSalary: €36,000CovalenLinkedInLI-JS5
