Job Title: Community Operations Specialist
Main Responsibilities:
* We seek an individual who can investigate and resolve reported issues, including account support requests and potentially abusive content.
* The successful candidate will be responsible for enforcing clients' Terms of Use by monitoring reports of abuse on the site.
* Staying knowledgeable about client's products and community standards is a key requirement of this role.
* This position requires utilizing market-specific knowledge to improve the support of our community of users.
* We are looking for someone who can collect and analyze data to develop ways to enhance the overall user experience.
* The successful candidate will recognize trends and patterns, escalating issues outside company policy to the global team.
* This role involves identifying inefficiencies in workflows and suggesting solutions.
Required Skills and Competences:
* Strong personal resilience with ability to operate in a pressured environment is essential.
* Effective interpersonal skills, verbal, written communication skills, and empathy are required.
* A high level of adaptability and positive approach to challenges is necessary.
* The ability to make decisions, prioritize, solve problems, and work as part of a team is crucial.
* Effective Time management & Prioritisation skills are also required.

Work Details:
* Candidates choose between Day shift (9am – 5:30pm) or Evening shift (6pm – 2am). No rotations.
