About Your New Job
As the
Management Accountant
, you will play a key role in the group finance function, supporting the delivery of accurate accounts, strong controls and commercially useful reporting across six group companies.
In this role, you will:
* Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual management accounts across multiple entities.
* Consolidate group results and deliver clear variance analysis against budget and forecast.
* Develop and monitor KPIs to support decision-making.
* Support budgeting, forecasting, cashflow planning and financial modelling.
* Oversee AP/AR, payroll journals, reconciliations and month-end close activities.
* Maintain strong internal controls and support group risk management.
* Partner with managers across the business, presenting financial insights to non-finance stakeholders.
* Identify process and system improvements to enhance reporting and efficiency.
* Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors and regulatory bodies.
* Support and mentor junior finance team members.
What Skills You Need
* Recently Qualified Accountant (ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
* Recent relevant experience preparing monthly accounts.
