We are seeking a proactive, flexible and organised professional who thrives in a global, dynamic and technology-driven environment and is passionate about supporting future talent.Job DescriptionWhat you'll doLead the end-to-end operational delivery of the global Internship Program (Guidewire Basecamp), ensuring seamless onboarding, engaging development activities and successful program completion.Manage the coordination and employee experience of other Early Talent & Talent Attraction programs including Returner Program, providing guidance, resources and ongoing support.Serve as the primary point of contact for interns and returners, providing coaching, guidance and real-time problem-solving, as well as managing performance evaluations to support full-time conversion for participants on these programsBuild and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, mentors and business leaders to align early career initiatives with organisational needs.Represent Guidewire at university and community events, strengthening relationships with campus partners globally. Manage our Campus Ambassador Program including recruiting, training and activating ambassadors.Track and report program metrics, offering insights and recommendations for continuous process optimization to enhance scalability, consistency and participant experience.Support broader talent attraction initiatives where needed.At Guidewire, we foster a culture of curiosity, innovation and responsible use of AI—empowering our teams to continuously leverage emerging technologies and data-driven insights to enhance productivity and outcomes.What you'll bringRequiredDemonstrated ability to embrace AI and apply it to your current role as well as data-driven insights to drive innovation, productivity and continuous improvement.4 years experience in early careers, campus recruitment and/or program coordination.Strong organisational and project management abilities to manage multiple priorities across global time zones, including flexibility to adjust hours for global meetings as needed.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust across global diverse teams.High attention to detail with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality.Proactive problem-solving approach with the confidence to make recommendations and drive improvements.Comfort working in a dynamic, fast-paced, technology-driven environment.Competence with HR systems, applicant tracking systems and collaboration tools.PreferredPrevious experience managing or supporting internship or returner programs.Experience working in a global organisation or across distributed teams.Knowledge of employer branding, campus engagement or talent marketing activities.Familiarity with data analysis or programme evaluation methods.Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
