We are a dynamic and rapidly growing company located in Enniscorthy, County Wexford. We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our daily operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of our office. The successful candidate will have strong PC skills, including intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, with a particular emphasis on Excel. Experience in digital and social media management is preferred but not required
The successful candidate must have strong pc skills, certificates of Microsoft apps would be an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answering phones and directing calls to the appropriate person or department.
* Processing orders and payments accurately and efficiently.
* Weighing vehicles and recording necessary data.
* Organizing and filing documents, ensuring they are easily accessible and maintained in a systematic manner.
* Liaising with customers and suppliers on a regular basis, providing excellent customer service and resolving inquiries or issues promptly.
* Managing all social media platforms, including creating and scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring analytics.
* Performing any other ad hoc administrative duties as required, including assisting with accounting tasks.
Requirements:
* Must have valid work authorization within Ireland
* Minimum of 2 years of prior Office Admin experience
* Strong PC skills, with intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Certificates in Microsoft apps would be an advantage.
* Proven experience in administration, preferably in a busy office environment
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team, as well as independently with minimal supervision.
* Experience in digital and social media management
* Weekend availability may be required.
* Leaving Certificate or equivalent qualification
