My client is seeking an experienced IAM Engineer with strong One Identity Manager (1IM) expertise to support the governance, automation, and security of digital identities across a complex enterprise environment.This role focuses on identity governance and administration (IGA), including lifecycle management, policy-driven access control, and automation. You will work across hybrid identity environments, integrating on-premises Active Directory, Entra ID, and business applications into a central IGA platform.You’ll collaborate with infrastructure, security, and business teams to ensure access is secure, compliant, and aligned with organisational needs.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and manage identity lifecycle processes (Joiner/Mover/Leaver)Automate provisioning and deprovisioning across systems and applicationsIntegrate identity data sources (e.g. HR systems) and manage identity attributesDefine and maintain RBAC models, roles, and entitlementsGovern privileged, service, and non-human identitiesSupport hybrid identity environments (on-prem AD and Entra ID)Enforce least privilege, segregation of duties, and access policiesSupport audits, certifications, and identity risk reportingAutomate workflows and access requests using 1IM and scripting (e.g. PowerShell)Act as an escalation point for identity-related issuesRequirements5+ years’ experience in IAM/cybersecurity, including 3+ years in IGA (e.g. One Identity Manager)Strong experience with identity lifecycle management and automationSolid knowledge of RBAC, entitlements, and access governanceExperience in hybrid identity environments (Active Directory and Entra ID)Ability to analyse access risks and improve governance controlsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skillsRelevant IAM or security certifications (e.g. One Identity Manager, Microsoft Identity, CISSP, Security+)Experience with access reviews, certifications, and compliance frameworks (e.g. ISO 27001, NIST, SOC 2)Salary According to Experience.
