Role/Department
Reporting to a Team Leader, your main responsibility will be to handle investor queries via calls and emails, ensuring compliance with quality and service standards. As a senior analyst, you'll support the team, develop on-the-job skills, and contribute to overall department performance.
The department offers third-party fund services, including shareholder servicing functions such as dealing, registration, settlements, distributions, commissions, and statements.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to investor queries via phone or email.
* Answer queries following department procedures.
* Handle complex or escalated queries as a subject matter expert.
* Complete tasks within set deadlines.
* Participate in team meetings and client visits.
* Monitor client mailboxes and systems to ensure timely responses.
* Mentor new team members and support team development.
* Contribute to quality improvement through procedural reviews.
* Report on client queries and suggest procedure improvements.
* Prepare and send team reports and statistics.
* Support additional relevant tasks as needed.
Skills/Qualifications
* Knowledge of Client & Investor Servicing
* Understanding of Fund Administration and regulatory environment
* Ability to meet deadlines
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
* Attention to detail and accuracy
* Analytical skills for research and resolution
* Good communication skills
