We are looking for a Senior Sales Executive to drive revenue growth through corporate bookings, events, and strategic partnerships.This role involves handling key accounts, mentoring junior sales staff, and supporting sales planning initiatives while maintaining strong client relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and manage sales for corporate bookings, private events, and group reservationsDevelop and maintain relationships with key corporate and repeat clientsHandle complex or high-value sales enquiries and negotiationsSupport and guide junior sales executives when requiredCoordinate closely with operations and kitchen teams for event executionMonitor sales performance and contribute to sales planning and forecastingPrepare sales proposals, contracts, and follow-up reportsRepresent the restaurant at networking or promotional eventsJob RequirementsMinimum 4–6 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in F&B or hospitalityProven track record in achieving sales targetsStrong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skillsAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionOrganised, results-driven, and customer-focusedComfortable handling senior stakeholders and corporate clients
