Job summary
Join Comfort Keepers Limerick team, one of Ireland's leading home care providers, and lead a group of dedicated home support workers delivering high‑quality, person‑centred support to clients in their own homes. You'll have responsibility for your own geographic area, supporting your team, building relationships with clients and families, and ensuring the highest standards of care are consistently delivered.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, support, and develop a team of home support workers in your area.
Carry out client assessments, reviews, and care planning.
Coordinate schedules to ensure consistent, high‑quality care delivery.
Build strong relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Ensure services are delivered in line with care standards and company policies.
Respond to any issues promptly, supporting both clients and staff.
Benefits and Package
Work/Life Balance – 37.5 hours per week
Monday to Friday schedule (8:30 am – 5:00 pm) finish early on Fridays.

Qualifications and Requirements
QQI Level 5 in Healthcare (essential).
QQI Level 6 in Supervisory Management (or currently working towards it).
Experience in home care or healthcare settings.
A caring, empathetic approach with strong leadership potential.
Good organisational and communication skills.
Full driving licence (travel required within your local area – fuel card provided).
