Responsibilities:
* Assist in managing kitchen operations and food preparation
* Supervise and train junior staff
* Ensure dishes are prepared to the highest standard
* Help maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization
* Step in for the Head Chef when needed
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Line Cook
* Strong culinary and time management skills
* A team player with a positive attitude
* Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
