Senior Oracle EPM Consultant (ARCS & PBCS Focus)

Intelligent Enterprises is an award-winning Data Analytics and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) implementation partner delivering complex transformation programmes across multiple industries.
Due to continued growth and multiple large-scale Oracle EPM engagements, we are expanding our Oracle EPM practice and are seeking a Senior Oracle EPM Consultant to join our team.
This role is suited to an experienced consultant who remains hands-on in development while contributing to solution design, client engagement, and delivery leadership.
Role Overview
The Senior Oracle EPM Consultant will be responsible for delivering Oracle EPM solutions across the full project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, integration, testing, and deployment.
The role requires strong technical capability combined with solid functional knowledge of financial processes.
Required Experience
3–5+ years of experience implementing Oracle EPM solutions
Minimum 1 full lifecycle Oracle/Hyperion EPM implementation
Strong experience in:
Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS) – preferred
Additional experience in one or more of:
FCCS
PCMCS
TRCS
Narrative Reporting
EDM
Technical Skills
Development of complex business rules using Calculation Manager and Groovy scripting
Metadata design and application configuration
Webform and dashboard development
Data reconciliation and validation frameworks
Strong SQL skills (query development, data transformation, optimisation)
Experience integrating EPM systems with ERP platforms, data warehouses, flat files, and APIs
Understanding of data extraction, transformation, and load (ETL) processes
Ability to design scalable and maintainable integration solutions
Experience with automation and process optimisation within Oracle EPM
Functional & Delivery Capability
Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reconciliation processes
Requirements gathering and solution design
Risk assessment and delivery planning
Preparation of functional and technical design documentation
UAT coordination and test script preparation
Creation of training materials and administration guides
Confident client-facing communication and stakeholder engagement
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience

Ability to translate business requirements into structured technical solutions
Experience supporting and mentoring junior team members
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Strong presentation and documentation skills (Visio, PowerPoint)
