The company is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join their team for a 12-month contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for business partnering and operational HR tasks, acting as the primary HR point of contact for various departments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide HR advisory services and coaching to people managers

* Develop strong relationships with stakeholders to anticipate needs

* Manage payroll preparation and leave management
Requirements and Skills:
* Minimum of 3 years HR Generalist experience in a professional services environment
* Strong ability to build partnerships with senior stakeholders
* Excellent verbal and written skills for effective interaction
* Ability to analyse complex situations and make informed recommendations
* Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
* Proficient in HR reporting and analysis tools
