Customer Experience Manager
We are seeking a results-driven Customer Experience Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our marine retail business.
* Lead daily retail operations to ensure seamless customer experiences
* Demonstrate exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships
* Achieve sales targets and maximise store profitability
* Manage inventory levels, ordering and stock control efficiently
* Create visually appealing product displays and merchandising to drive footfall and sales
* Maintain accurate sales and stock records using Excel and POS systems
* Develop and support junior staff as needed
* Liaise with suppliers, manage deliveries, and conduct regular stock checks
* Ensure the store is well-maintained, compliant with health & safety regulations, and presents a positive image
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a retail management or supervisory role
* Strong customer service and sales skills
* Proficiency in IT, with excellent Excel skills (reporting, stock tracking, etc.)
* A keen interest in marine products or boating is advantageous
