Responsibilities:
* Contacting potential and existing clients with a view to arranging meetings
* Managing Sales and Executive Teams diaries (whilst understanding and anticipating needs and understanding priorities)
* Filtering of inbound communications and determining who should be notified and allocated relevant queries whilst also determining appropriate responses/actions from these communications
* Co-ordinate travel, presentations, itineraries, etc for executive team
* Provide various cross channel functionality through the company including but not limited to HR / Operations / IT / Marketing / etc.
* Research of various areas
* Database Maintenance
* Data Mining, Data Research and Data Input through various mediums
* Management of key internal meetings and ad-hoc events
* Tradeshow / Seminar / Conference Attendance
* Other Ad-Hoc responsibilities as directed by the executive team
Requirements:
* Minimum 1 years experience in a similar role
* Highest level of decorum and confidentiality
* Fluent English
* Fantastic and friendly phone manner
* Ability to manage and build strong relationships across the business, internally and externally
* Team Player
* First rate communication skills in all aspects, in person, phone, email, social media, or any other tools used to connect with existing and prospective clients
* Highly driven and motivated
* Ability to work on own initiative and under direction of executive teams
* Detail Focused
* Excellent MS Suite Skill
