Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Principal Fire Engineer to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality life safety solutions to clients across various sectors.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fire engineering, preferably within a consultancy environment. A bachelor's degree or higher in Fire Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or similar field is required. Ideally, the candidate should be working towards becoming a Chartered engineer.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage large and complex projects to ensure successful delivery to key clients
* Develop and use Computer Modelling software such as CFAST, Pyrosim, and Pathfinder to provide alternative fire engineering solutions
* Mentor and train graduates while managing personnel in a team of engineers
* Foster client relationships through effective communication and problem-solving skills
* Pursue business development opportunities by identifying new clients for growth of the company
