It is seeking a skilled Electrical Supervisor / Lead to oversee electrical works in both modular build and site installation environments.
Job Overview
As the Electrical Supervisor / Lead, you will direct, coordinate, and oversee all electrical works for modular builds and on-site installations. This is a hands-on leadership role, ensuring all work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in line with project specifications and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and allocate daily electrical tasks and resources
* Coordinate with planning, safety, and quality assurance teams
* Ensure all works comply with electrical drawings, specifications, and regulations
* Monitor productivity, troubleshoot issues, and maintain project schedules
* Lead and motivate the electrical team to deliver high-quality results
Qualifications
* Recognised electrical trade qualification (e.g., ETB Level 6 or equivalent)
* Proven supervisory or team lead experience in electrical projects
* Strong knowledge of industrial LV/MV installations and commissioning
* Ability to interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and specifications
