We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Cost Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage project costs, including procurement and tender reports.
* Prepare monthly payment applications and cost reports.
* Monitor project costs and agree variations with the design team.
* Provide regular financial updates to senior management.
Requirements:
* Degree level in Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification.
* At least 4 years of experience as a quantity surveyor on civils projects.
* Prior experience working with main contractors is desirable.
* Chartered status or working towards chartership is essential.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required.
* Proficient IT skills are necessary for this role.
