Opportunity
The Recruitment Consultant opportunity will focus on the contracts space across all Life Science sectors and will give
the successful candidate an opportunity to work with a well-established brand with a strong network of clients both in Ireland and internationally.
Role/Responsibilities
1. This includes: taking a full brief from clients, sourcing, and pipelining, advertising, shortlisting, arranging interviews and following through to offer, references and placement.
2. Having high attention to detail, using extensive sourcing methods, while maintaining strong & on-going communication with passive and active candidates.
3. Provide effective account management to a bank of existing clients as well as developing business with new and potential clients.
4. You must have a commercial awareness and ability to see immediate and future opportunities to develop business
5. Develop and maintain an expert knowledge of your sector
6. Develop your network via attending relevant industry events as well as building your online brand.
Skills/Experience
7. A third level qualification.
8. Contract recruitment experience desireable.
9. A competitive, friendly can-do attitude with a genuine interest in people, their careers and in business.
10. A proven track record working in a team environment, with a genuine interest in learning and career development.
11. A commitment towards delivering an exceptional service to clients.
