About The Role
As a Mixologist at Pigs Lane, you will bring your artistry and knowledge to the forefront of our bar experience. You will craft both classic and contemporary cocktails, experiment with new ingredients and techniques, and help shape the evolution of our menu. You will work closely with the team to ensure each guest enjoys a personalized, world‑class experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Create and serve cocktails, whiskeys and spirits to an exceptional standard
* Maintain a strong understanding of flavour profiles, ingredients and mixology techniques
* Engage with guests to share the story behind our curated cocktails and whiskey selection
* Uphold high standards of hygiene, organisation and presentation at all times
The Ideal Candidate
* Proven experience as a mixologist or bartender in a premium or high‑volume venue
* A strong foundation in classic cocktail‑making and an interest in modern mixology
* Excellent knowledge of spirits, particularly whiskey and craft ingredients
* A passion for creativity, hospitality and continuous learning
* Fluent in English and legally permitted to work in Ireland
* 18 years+ and available to work evenings and weekends
