ACCPRO is hiring for an Employment Investigator on a consultancy basis for one if their leading multinational clients. This is a short term 3-month assignment with a day rate of c. € Candidates will need a strong back employee relations and investigations.Responsibilities:Leading complex, high-risk, sensitive confidential investigationsConducting end-to-end investigationsAnalysing and synthesising evidence to make factual findingsAdvising and influencing business leaders and HR partners on appropriate actionsLeveraging strong analytical skills to identify systemic issues and trends from ER data/metricsBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with business groups to ensure seamless collaboration throughout the investigation processAnticipating the broader impact of investigative findings and recommendations, identifying alternate courses of action, and facilitating alignment with key stakeholdersPartnering with in-house Employment Counsel to navigate legal complexities and mitigate risk to the companyInitiating a proactive approach to ER by designing leadership modules on management practices and policy compliance based on investigation trends and themesRequirements:10+ years of HR experience5+ years directly managing complex employee relations issues and conducting investigations end-to-endExtensive expertise in managing complex employee relations issuesExcellent knowledge of current employment law and best practices in investigationsStrong analytical and critical thinking skillsExceptional ability to maintain discretion and sound judgement while managing sensitive information and complex decisionsExperience advising all levels of management on complex employee relations decisions and policy application.
