A highly motivated Sales Operations Analyst to play a critical role in our Global Sales Operations organization on a 12-month contract basis. This position will be based at our European headquarters in Cork, Ireland, reporting to the Director of Sales Operations.
Our mission is to drive outcomes that make our sales teams and partners successful in growing ThreatDown. In this role, you will work closely with ThreatDown VAR, Distribution, and MSP sales teams, driving strategic account planning, distribution order processing, and other key growth initiatives. You will liaise with channel business partner teams to ensure a frictionless quote-to-purchase order experience.
What You’ll Do
1. Serve as a trusted advisor to sales leaders for strategic and tactical initiatives.
2. Lead regular KPI reporting with sales leaders.
3. Manage and resolve inbound support tickets promptly and satisfactorily.
4. Support sales teams, ensuring compliance in pricing, quoting, and order processes.
5. Coordinate with Legal, Finance, and Order Management to streamline processes for sales.
6. Communicate with Resellers and Distributors regarding order processing guidelines.
7. Identify opportunities to optimize processes and systems to increase productivity.
8. Participate in cross-functional projects supporting our channel mission and creating a cohesive customer and partner experience.
9. Assist in Deal Desk tasks for sales leaders.
Skills You’ll Need To Have
1. Advanced knowledge of Salesforce.com and CPQ.
2. Proficiency in Salesforce reporting.
3. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
4. Integrity and intellectual curiosity.
5. Self-motivated with ownership and initiative, knowing when to seek guidance.
6. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks.
7. Excellent communication skills, verbal, presentation, and written.
8. Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
9. Experience with Deal Desk operations is a plus.
