Job Description
A Technical Records Coordinator is required to manage aircraft engine documentation with precision.
About the Role
1. Document short term, operations lease, and Lease Pool Induction engine records accurately.
2. Prepare accurate Lease Return Discrepancy Reports.
3. Develop & maintain efficient document management systems.
4. Manage Asset Projects and track records in various databases.
5. Update multiple record systems and weekly Tracker reports regularly.
6. Participate in regular calls to discuss progress.
7. Verify customer supplied documentation for accuracy and communicate with Customers & parties to resolve issues.
8. Examine an aircraft engine's current and historical paperwork.
9. Review Lease Pool Induction Engines including Back to Birth review of all Life Limited Parts. Communicate with outside parties to close off open issues with BtB paperwork.
10. Liaise with Customers, Consultants, Stakeholders & departments to create MSD packs.
11. Proof and amend documentation as necessary to complete MSD packages.
12. Utilize Original Engine Manufacturer's Manuals and Service Documentation to review Life Limited Cycle Restrictions.
13. Stay updated with new Airworthiness Directives relevant to our role.
14. Use computer databases containing live and archived engine/component records.
15. Support Engineering and Back to Birth teams as needed.
Requirements

* Thorough approach to work with high attention to detail and accuracy.
* Strong analytical thinking and technical understanding required.
* Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
* Professional attitude towards work.
* Ability to work effectively in teams.
* Willingsness to enroll in training and travel as necessary.
* Proficient MS Office skills as the work is largely IT based.
* Experience with MS Excel and MS Outlook beneficial.
* Aircraft knowledge advantageous.
