About the Role
We’re looking for a highly organised, detail-orientedGraduate Project Administratorto join our client in the Project Management space.This is anon-client-facing,back-officerole that is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience supporting commercial and project delivery teams from behind the scenes.
You’ll be supporting quantity surveyors and project managers with document editing, Excel formatting, tender preparation, and presentation formatting.
This is a great entry point into the construction industry for a graduate who is eager to learn how projects run, is happy working in the background, and has strong administrative and formatting skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Editing and formatting tender documents and commercial reports
* Managing and updating Excel spreadsheets used by the QS and PM teams
* Preparing and formatting presentations and internal documentation
* Assisting with internal document control and version management
* Supporting the team with day-to-day admin tasks as needed
* Ensuring all documents meet internal standards and templates
What We're Looking For
* Recently completed a degree (any discipline – construction or business related is a bonus)
* Excellent attention to detail and high standards of accuracy
* Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint
* Happy working onrepetitive tasksand formatting-heavy admin work
* Organised, reliable, and able to manage time effectively
* A good team player who’s comfortable in abehind-the-scenesrole
