Job Overview
This role is focused on overseeing the end-to-end management of multiple projects across the Midlands region, with a mix of existing and upcoming initiatives. With experience working on public works projects, including school and hospital developments, you will have a strong understanding of contract management principles.
* Project Management: Take charge of project planning, procurement, execution, and completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality results.
* Contract Oversight: Manage contract requirements, including negotiations, terms, risk assessment, and compliance, to meet project objectives.
* Budgeting & Cost Control: Monitor project budgets, implement cost-control measures, and maintain financial discipline.
* Scheduling & Coordination: Develop project schedules, coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients, and ensure timely progress.
