*Responsibilities*
* Coordinate the annual budgeting cycle and lead forecasting activities across multiple business areas.
* Develop and refine financial models, carrying out detailed variance reviews to support performance assessment.
* Produce clear reporting and dashboard insights, support scenario planning, and highlight emerging trends or potential risks.
* Prepare and deliver financial updates to senior leadership, providing well-supported recommendations that influence strategic decisions.
*Skills*
* Degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field; a professional accounting qualification is an advantage.
* At least 3 years of experience in financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting, preferably within a multi-department or professional services environment.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and convert it into meaningful insights; confident working with financial systems and reporting tools.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders across the organisation.
