The Opportunity
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Customer Project Manager to design, implement and evaluate customer-centric strategies.
The role involves collaborating with clients and teams to deliver digital transformation, stakeholder engagement, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and deliver transformation projects on time, within cost and quality.
Engage with clients across government, health, utilities, transport, and telco sectors.
Ensure project deliverables, plans, logs, and budgets are managed effectively.
Oversee large-scale activities including business process design, testing and end-user training.
Collaborate with clients to generate insights and solutions, integrating data for decision making.
Provide internal support on account management, financial oversight, risk and quality control.
Build relationships that contribute to new business opportunities.
Participate in team development, coaching, and mentoring.
Maintain knowledge of office policies and procedures.
Qualifications & Skills
Approx.
5 years in management consulting or similar advisory roles.
5–10 years of project management experience on large-scale projects, including planning, resource, finance and benefits realisation.
Client-facing project manager experience using waterfall methodologies.
Agile certifications such as Professional Scrum Master / Product Owner or SAFe, and multidisciplinary experience in process design, testing and training preferred.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Knowledge of project governance and change management principles.
Professional qualifications such as PRINCE2® or PMP desirable.
Interest in process improvement, agile, and business case development.
