We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team in Ovens, County Cork. This is a full-time position offering a structured working pattern, competitive hourly rate, and the opportunity to work in a modern and professional catering environment.
Working Pattern:
5 to 6 days per week on rotation
Monday to Thursday: 7:00am – 3:00pm
Off every Friday
Saturday: 7:00am – 7:00pm
Every second Sunday: 7:00am – 3:00pm
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the preparation and cooking of meals in your assigned kitchen section
Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
Monitor inventory and adhere to food safety procedures
Support the Head Chef in delivering daily food service to the highest standards
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years’ culinary experience, ideally in a similar role
Strong technical cooking skills and section leadership experience
Proven ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively
Knowledge of HACCP and food safety legislation
Positive attitude and strong team ethic
