As part of our Dublin team you will be performing the below key duties.ResponsibilitiesAssisting with the administration of portfolios of special purpose vehicles (SPVs) participating in structured finance and asset finance/aircraft leasing transactions.Assisting with the client onboarding process, delivering high levels of client service and working on new and existing client relationships.Updating and maintaining internal databases and systems.Working with senior members of the team on the review of transaction documents and files in accordance with internal policies and procedures.Liaising with investment managers, arrangers, aircraft lessors, operators, lawyers and other relevant parties.RequirementsThe successful candidate will be a university graduate with an excellent academic background.At least 2 years’ experience of working in a professional services firm (a legal, accounting, audit or compliance background would be beneficial).Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Windows applications and the ability to use initiative and work well under pressure to meet deadlines.While not essential, an understanding of structured and asset finance transactions utilising SPVs, including CDOs, note programmes, securitisations and aircraft leasing, and experience in reviewing transaction documents, knowledge of corporate governance, relevant local laws and regulatory requirements would be advantageous.This role requires attention to detail, professionalism and excellent organisational and communication skills.BenefitsRewards: The Maples Group prioritises employee health and wellbeing.
