Senior HR Business Partner - Permanent Role Citywest, Dublin | Full-Time A well-established organisation in Dublin is seeking a strategic and experienced Senior HR Business Partner to support one of its specialist divisions. This permanent role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, shaping and delivering impactful people strategies across the business. Requirements Partner with divisional leaders to deliver a people strategy aligned with business goals Lead workforce planning and ensure future capability needs are met Oversee the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding through to exit Coach managers on performance, probation and employee development Design and implement retention initiatives that support long-term engagement Manage complex employee relations matters, including investigations and hearings Drive succession planning and talent development across the division Present HR insights and workforce metrics at senior leadership meetings Lead the annual compensation review process Provide day-to-day HR guidance and support across the business Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and practices Requirements: Extensive experience in a senior HR partnering or advisory role within a complex organisation Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication, coaching and influencing capabilities Resilience and confidence in navigating a dynamic, evolving environment Familiarity with HR systems Qualifications: Degree in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline (essential) CIPD membership is beneficial but not required At Wallace Myers International Recruitment Agency we specialise in sourcing professionals for key industries and services.
