With continued growth and an expanding client base, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team.

The Role: As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in managing the commercial aspects of multiple fit-out projects, ensuring strong cost control, contract administration, and project profitability.
You will work closely with project and site teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure smooth delivery from tender through to final account.
Key Responsibilities: Manage all quantity surveying duties on assigned projects Prepare and monitor project budgets, valuations, and cost reports Handle subcontractor procurement, negotiation, and payments Assist in tendering and estimating support as required Ensure projects are delivered within budget and timelines Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders Provide strategic input to support business growth and process improvements Requirements: Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline 5+ years experience in a Quantity Surveying role, ideally within fit-out or construction Strong commercial acumen and contract knowledge Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills Ambition to step into a leadership or more senior management role in the near future For more information please feel free to reach out to Talent-Curve Recruitment Skills: FitOut Joinery Quantity Surveyor
