Digital Transformation
As the Head of Digital, you will lead the digital team in delivering innovative solutions that improve customer experiences, products, services, processes, and marketing channels. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to drive strategic change and deliver business results.
Key Responsibilities
* Define and implement our digital strategy for 123.ie, including digital innovation and cultural adoption
* Own the digital programme of work, liaising with key stakeholders to define, evaluate, prioritise, and deliver the digital portfolio
* Build strong relationships across the organisation, including Technology, Data and Analytics, Underwriting, Finance, Regulatory, Compliance, and Operations
* Lead in Agile ways of working, delivering against business priorities and seeking efficiencies
* Lead a Digital Team in UX, journey design, analytics, product ownership, and co-ordinating cross-functional teams to deliver digital products and services
* Manage resource planning, management, reporting, and coordination of digital initiatives to deliver change in line with availability and business requirements
* Work with IT, Operations, Marketing, and Sales teams to coordinate requests for estimation and resourcing for projects linked to or impacting the digital strategy
* Lead and manage the annual digital team's budget and delivery roadmap, articulating and quantifying the strategic value of the portfolio
* Lead and manage relationships with 3rd Party partner agencies to ensure 123.ie delivers best-in-class Digital CX design
* Monitor and review site performance against agreed KPIs with IT and data analyst teams
* Engage with and report to key stakeholders, including the Executive Team in RSA and 123.ie on Digital strategy implementation to harness their support in its delivery
* Develop digital talent by working closely with HR to attract and retain top talent and build digital capabilities across the company
Requirements
* Qualification in business, technology, marketing, or any related field
* Extensive experience (9yrs+) in leading digital teams and/or delivering large strategic change programmes
* This role is based in Dublin, but there will be a requirement to travel between offices across the RSA Ireland business and some travel to the wider RSA Group offices
