HR Business Partner Opportunity
A dynamic and experienced HR Professional is sought to join a reputable manufacturing business in Donegal as an HR Business Partner. This role offers autonomy, clear progression pathways, and support from the HR Consultant and Administrator.
Key Responsibilities:
* The full recruitment lifecycle: devising job descriptions, posting adverts, shortlisting, conducting interviews, extending job offers, and completing reference checks.
* Implementing and rolling out new Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and Time/Attendance Systems.
* Providing specialist HR advice for managers on employee relations cases, including disciplinaries and grievances.
* Liaising with the finance department regarding payroll, new starters, leavers, maternity/paternity notifications.
* Offering specialist HR support to managers and employees on HR queries, such as payroll, sickness absence, and holiday entitlement.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in HR Generalist roles.
* Experience in system implementation, leading on recruitment, and employee relations cases.
* Skills in absence management, performance management, and liaison with payroll.
* Preferably holding a Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) Qualification or HR Degree.
