This role offers hands-on experience in the design, installation, and maintenance of mechanical systems. You will work on impactful water and wastewater projects across Northern Ireland and the UK, under the guidance of Chartered Engineers.
You will contribute to technical reports and risk assessments, use specialist software for design and simulation, and participate in site visits and liaison with project teams. The role also involves technical exposure to pumping systems, valves, pipework, and supports, as well as access platforms, bridges, and mechanical structures.
The ideal candidate will have a strong problem-solving and analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and excellent communication and teamwork abilities. A degree in Mechanical Engineering (or nearing completion) is required. This role provides a clear path toward chartered status and opportunities for professional development.
