Key Responsibilities
·Welcome and assist customers in our showroom, understanding their needs and helping them explore the best solutions for their home or project.
·Build confidence in communicating product knowledge and guiding customer choices.
·Learn how to prepare clear, accurate quotes that align with customer budgets and project needs.
·Support the sales team in managing follow-ups, coordinating orders, and keeping customers updated throughout their journey.
·Contribute to the look and feel of the showroom, including merchandising and maintaining high standards.
·Take part in regular product and skills training to develop your expertise.
