Requirements
To be considered for this position, you must possess:
* A passion for delivering exceptional care and making a positive impact on people's lives
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals
* Satisfactory Garda Vetting and relevant qualifications (e.g., QQI Level 5 Healthcare Modules)
* 1 year of experience in a similar caring role, with a proven track record of providing high-quality care
Benefits
* Competitive hourly rate: €14.70
* Half-hour and premium rates for Sundays and Bank Holidays
* Mileage/travel time payment: 30c per kilometre + fortnightly travel payment
* Annual leave entitlement: 8% of hours worked, subject to a maximum of four working weeks per annum
