Production Supervisor Role
The Production Supervisor will oversee staff to manufacture products and coordinate workflow.
* Liaise with various departments including planning, engineering, maintenance, and quality to ensure seamless work coordination and delivery of customer expectations.
* Provide regular updates on schedule status, priorities, and issues to management and support functions.
In this key role you will be responsible for ensuring a high-performing production team by providing coaching, counseling guidance. Develop training programs that enhance operator knowledge leading towards efficient manufacturing processes.
Preset goals: An empowered workforce accountable through strong communication links lead successfully in maintaining adherence ISO 13485.
