Reporting to the Branch manager, the successful candidate will deal with customers at the sales counter and maintain the retail shop to a high standard while offering exceptional customer service and delivering growth for the business.
The Role:
· Providing sales advise and product information to customers;
· Processing customer orders and scheduling deliveries;
· Ensuring excellent customer service and communication;
· Supporting the operations team with grain intake and analysis at harvest;
· Assisting with stock management, receiving stock and product replenishment.
The Person:
· A good basic education including strong numeracy and literacy skills;
· Previous work experience in a retail environment;
· Possess strong IT skills;
· Be a team player, capable of working with minimum supervision;
· Ideally have an interest and awareness of the Irish agricultural industry;
· A qualification in an agricultural discipline would be an advantage.
