Workshop Supervisor
We are seeking an experienced Workshop Supervisor to lead our workshop team in County Cork.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Mechanic who wants to progress into a supervisory role. As a Workshop Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing workflow, ensuring repairs meet manufacturer standards, diagnosing complex issues, and maintaining accurate records of work completed.
* Lead and manage the workshop team to achieve efficient workflow and high-quality workmanship.
* Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, job allocation, and adherence to deadlines.
* Conduct vehicle inspections to maintain service standards and ensure safety compliance.
* Provide technical expertise, diagnosing complex issues and supporting the team with problem resolution.
* Ensure all repairs and servicing meet manufacturer and industry standards.
* Maintain accurate records of work completed and communicate effectively with the service department.
* Train and mentor technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
* Fully qualified Mechanic with a proven track record of success.
* At least 4 years' experience, preferably in a main dealer environment.
* Experience with diagnostics and modern vehicle electronics.
* Hold a full, valid, and current driver's licence.
