Job Title: Manufacturing Technician
Key Responsibilities:
* Support manufacturing process and product development projects.
* Responsible for reporting on project activities, ensuring manufacturing and operations requirements are met.
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive process/product improvements.
* Ensure all health, safety, and environmental standards are complied with.
* Analyze and address Non-Conformance Reports (NCR), Non-Conformance Management (NCM) and Corrective Action Preventive Actions (CAPA).
* Participate in validation activities, executing protocols for equipment and process validations.
* Review and contribute to supplier process validation and risk management initiatives.
* Evaluate and approve process changes, considering their impact on products.
* Communicate effectively with all relevant parties.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* Degree in Science or Engineering at Level 8.
* Experience in Good Distribution Practices (GDP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) environments.
* Excellent planning and organizational skills.
* Effective communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
