The Opportunity
We are looking for someone who will develop and deliver the chambers membership strategy. The challenge is to develop and execute strategies that enhance member engagement, grow our audience and promote Limerick chamber brand across all channels.
This will be across optimising the membership offering, engaging with potential and existing members while developing a range of events and networking opportunities that deliver for our different membership cohorts.
The role calls for someone who can plan and deliver high profile events and drive innovation in our membership experience.
This person will work very closely with the CEO on delivering the below initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop Strategy: Create and execute innovative messaging strategies, compelling content, and integrated campaign plans that resonate with our members and stakeholders.
Manage Brand Identity: Act as a brand champion, managing our visual identity, social media presence, and digital marketing efforts to ensure consistency and quality.
Deliver Engaging Events: Plan and deliver a calendar of high-quality events, engagement campaigns, and advocacy toolkits that provide value and strengthen our community.
Identify sponsorship opportunities and oversee all event logistics
Develop engaging event formats that reflect the member needs
Create High-Quality Content: Produce engaging content for various platforms, including our website, social media, email newsletters, and marketing materials, ensuring all communications meet our high standards.
Analyse and Optimise: Monitor, measure, and report on campaign performance, using data to refine strategies and achieve key objectives.
Membership: Re-evaluate value proposition offered by chamber for the different membership tiers. Oversee the membership life-cycle including recruitment onboarding retention and renewals.
CRM: ownership of present. Manage project to transition to new CRM
Brand Relaunch: Manage launch of new brand identity for Limerick Chamber
