Role Overview
We're looking for an experienced, detail-focused Administrator to join our Cork team.
This role suits someone who enjoys keeping things organised, accurate, and running smoothly — and who takes pride in excellent client service.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage client files, applications, and correspondence
* Prepare, format, and proofread client reports
* Coordinate advisor calendars and client meetings
* Liaise with insurance and pension providers
* Maintain and update office systems and records
* Support advisors with follow-up tasks and documentation
What We're Looking For
* Office experience: Previous administrative experience in a professional setting (financial services experience a plus)
* Organisation & accuracy: Strong attention to detail and a tidy approach to systems
* Communication: Clear, professional, and friendly both in writing and over the phone
* Customer care mindset: You understand that behind every file is a real person
* Proactive & adaptable: Able to prioritise and stay calm under pressure
* Tech-savvy: Confident using Microsoft Office and email systems (CRM experience an advantage)
* Team player: Positive attitude, good manners, and a sense of humour are essential
