Job Purpose: The EPD Associate Process Engineering Manager provides leadership and operational oversight for a team responsible for designing, developing, documenting, validating, and sustaining custom automated electrical test equipment.
This role ensures seamless integration of new product development (NPD) projects into production by managing priorities, coordinating resources, and fostering cross-functional collaboration.
The Associate Manager applies deep technical knowledge and business expertise to drive process improvements, resolve complex issues, and deliver high-quality, efficient solutions aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities: Leadership experience presenting to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Demonstrated leadership in mentoring, technical reviews, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams and external partners.
